IS this the kind of service I should of expected, wish I checked out Better Business Bureau before I placed my order. Service don't seem to be any better, its been a hour and I can not get a down load link or product codes.
Order from software shopping deals (#****) on 11-19-2011:I purchased a microsoft office 2010 Home and Business software to download to my computer. I purchase a computer and downloaded the required software using the link provided by softwareshopping deals. There was also a product key provided with the e-mail to validate the software. When I tried to validate the response from microsoft was that the product key was not valid. Now I have a software that does not work and $159.99 that I spend using my discover card. I tried to notify the provider multiple times and as of now, I have no response on how to resolve this issue. I need help with a new product key or steps to troubleshoot my installation to have a fully functional software. I did get an E-mail from Mr. ******** ***** thanking me for purchasing the software and placing the order. But when it comes to customer service I'm very disappointed this this software provider. I need help with this issue, Thank you very much for your efforts.
I bought windows 7 pro 7/14/2011 for $139.99 From softwareshoppingdeals.com ***** ***** *** ********** cir ********* NV ***** ****************@*Word Rejected*net Transaction id ********* Invoice number *** I downloaded it with a product key registered it and it worked fine for one year. Then after installing anti virus I got this message Window's 7 build is not genuine I thought I had done something wrong but then found out a lot of people are having this same problem tried everything then contacted Microsoft they said I need a new product key. I contacted Software shopping deals.com 7/17/2012 The person on the phone was very nice and told me they would send me a new product key After a few weeks I hadn't received the product key. I started calling and leaving messages but no response. When you call them the recording ask your name so once I didn't give my name and the same person answered Right away. The person said they don't have any product keys yet, I asked him if he was giving me a run around and he assured me he wasn't But guess they was. They should contact their customers to let them know what's going on instead of leaving us in the dark not knowing I'm on social security now have to buy another win7 pro and not happy about that at all or them either I left them a comment that I wasn't happy with them but I'm sure they don't care
